Herbiary

I've added a page about plants, Herbiary! I've also made a new section on the sidebar, Collections, and moved the Maladies page from "General" to "Collections". As always, I'm never fully satisfied with the sidebar, so I'll probably tweak it soon.

Some pages have been edited/tweaked, and have had art/links added to them. Since these are pretty insignificant changes, I won't be linking all of them here! 

I've also added a small to-do list on the sidebar so I have an easy reference what else to work on. Yay!
